Trust & Legitimacy

Yes, EuroWorkPermit is a legally registered company in Zurich, Switzerland. You can verify our registration on the Swiss commercial register. We operate with full transparency, including our office address, phone number, and registration details.

You can verify our company on the Swiss commercial register (Zefix) using our registration number. Our physical office is located at Hagenholzstrasse 81/81A, 8050 Zurich — you can find us on Google Maps. You can also call our Swiss phone number to speak with a real person.

We use a 50/50 payment model — you only pay the remaining 50% after reviewing and approving your document package. We never store original documents and all communication is encrypted. Our track record includes 2,000+ successful work permits with a 95% approval rate.

If we are unable to prepare your documents as agreed, we offer a full refund of the advance payment. Our service agreement clearly outlines all deliverables and timelines, protecting both parties.

Process

The typical timeline is 2-4 weeks from initial contact to visa issuance. Document preparation takes 5-7 working days. Embassy appointment timing depends on your location and embassy availability.

You need: a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), passport-size photos on a white background, a medical fitness certificate, and a criminal record check from your home country. We handle all other documents including work contracts, invitation letters, and insurance.

No, you don't need a job offer. We connect you with verified European employers and arrange the job placement as part of our service. Just contact us with your passport scan and we'll assess your eligibility.

You submit your complete document package (which we prepare and send via DHL) at the embassy. The appointment typically takes 15-30 minutes. We provide you with a preparation guide and our team is available via WhatsApp during the appointment if you have questions.

Each client gets a dedicated personal manager on WhatsApp who responds within 2 hours. We also communicate via Telegram and email. No bots, no automated replies — only real people.

Payment

Our service fees vary by country and your personal situation. Contact us on WhatsApp for a free personalized quote — no obligation. Every package includes document preparation, work contract, invitation letter, insurance, DHL delivery, and embassy appointment booking.

The 50% advance covers the initial costs of employer coordination, document preparation, and administrative work. The remaining 50% is due only after you review and approve your complete document package — ensuring you see exactly what you're paying for before committing fully.

We accept bank transfers (SWIFT/IBAN), Western Union, MoneyGram, and select cryptocurrency payments. We provide payment details after you sign the service agreement.

If we fail to deliver the agreed document package, you receive a full refund of your advance payment. Once documents are approved and the final 50% is paid, refunds are not available as work has been completed. Government fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to authorities.

No. We provide a full cost breakdown before you commit. The only additional costs are government/consular fees (paid directly to the embassy) and, if applicable, medical examination and criminal record certificate fees in your home country.
